The Latrobe Valley Regional Rehabilitation Strategy (LVRRS) will address some of the key knowledge gaps and unresolved issues associated with the pit lake rehabilitation options.
The preparation of the LVRRS will involve extensive geotechnical, groundwater and surface water studies, the assessment of potential regional impacts on the environment, and the evaluation of future land use options.
Individual factsheets providing further information about the LVRRS project and technical studies that will be undertaken have been prepared and are available for download below, which outline the respective elements of the LVRRS.
