International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC)
Held in Melbourne, the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) brings together decision makers, mining leaders, policy makers, investors, commodity buyers, technical experts, innovators and educators.
Melbourne and Victoria are a global hub for mining companies’ corporate headquarters and professional services, manufacturing and technology businesses driven by the resources sector.
IMARC capitalises on the talent and ingenuity of Victoria’s resources sector to annually deliver Australia’s premier mining event.
The Victorian Government is proud to be one of the founding partners of IMARC.
Due to ongoing COVID gathering and travel restrictions, IMARC 2021 has been rescheduled to early 2022. Delegates can look forward to three days of learning, deal-making and unparalleled networking. For the first time, the conference will be held at the Victoria Pavilion at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
The Showgrounds provides a unique environment that will allow organisers to plan for social distancing and for the first time allows IMARC to include an outdoor exhibition space into its program. This will also allow attendees to interact with a diverse range of larger mining equipment.
The Geological Survey of Victoria (GSV) is a key exhibitor at IMARC. The GSV takes the opportunity to promote Victorian geoscience and prospective resources, as well as the talents and capabilities of local mining equipment, technology and services (METS) companies to the world.
