Earth Resources Incident Reporting

All incidents must be notified to the Department in accordance with the relevant Regulations. During business hours, please contact the relevant manager. At all other times, please contact our dedicated incident mobile number 0419 597 010. 

Objecting to a Licence Application

If you wish to object to an application for a licence you may do so online or in writing within 21 days after the latest date on which the application was advertised.  To register your objection online, please ensure you state the licence application number and the grounds on which your objection is made, in order for your objection to be considered.
